Bushman's Kloof Koro Lodge is situated within a 7500 hectare National Heritage Site, at the foothills of the Cederberg Mountains, surrounded by vast open plains, deep ravines, waterfalls and prehistoric rock formations, just 270 kilometres from Cape Town. The lodge is set 4 kilometres from Bushman's Kloof main lodge, and is within easy walking distance of one of the picturesque dams. It is booked on an exclusive use basis, with its own dedicated hostess, chef and guide standing by to fall in with your preferred holiday schedule.
The original farmhouse has been completely transformed into 2 master bedrooms with private terraces and a cleverly designed loft area, accommodating 4 children of all ages. Within metres of the farmhouse, is a fun and practically furnished family living space, with an en suite bathroom, allowing it to be used as a further bedroom. This lodge offers every amenity for both adults and children, with a fully equipped kitchen and bar, flat screen TV's, DVD players, music, games, air conditioning and underfloor heating.
The Reserve is malaria and predator free, and therefore offers unusual activities such as walking, archery, canoeing, hiking, fly fishing, mountain biking and swimming in the dams. Be sure to go on guided tours of the rock art sites and marvel at the story of South Africa's first indigenous inhabitants.
Your stay at Koro Lodge includes all meals, all beverages, laundry, rock art excursions, lodge activities and nature drives.
