Franschhoek Country House and Villas is a privately owned boutique hotel , situated just a few minutes walk from the town of Franschhoek. This country retreat used to be a perfumery dating back to 1890 and retains its historical charm in the original Manor House, which now offers 14 luxury rooms and suites, leading out onto private patios with uninterrupted views of the vineyards and mountains.

In 2003, the 12 opulent Villa Suites were added. Each suite is 100sqm in size, with a spacious lounge, a large balcony, a separate bedroom, dining area, fireplace, entertainment centre and under floor heating, in an extravagant French Provencal style.
