The 16 elegant bedrooms and 6 luxury suites are individually decorated with personal touches and excellent attention to detail. The Reserve and Cap Classique suites offer private terraces overlooking the valley, as well as plunge pools and jacuzzi baths. All rooms are equipped with en-suite bathroom, telephone, safe, under-floor heating, air-conditioning, mini-bar, satellite television, DVD player and tea/coffee making facilities.

The Hotel spans across three wings; guests are welcomed in the Garden Wing of the hotel which also houses the Colonial cigar bar and the business centre.  There is a filly equipped wellness facility, sauna, Jacuzzi and gymnasium.

Unwind beside the pool or enjoy leisurely walks through the estate vineyards and private mountain forest, as well as trout fishing and horse riding on neighbouring farms.

The Mange Tout Restaurant and terrace is situated in the Manor House where international cuisine is served and there are wine tasting facilities in the informal Country Kitchen.
