Nisbet Plantation is the Caribbean's only plantation house located on the beach combining the gracious style of the old plantation houses with beachside activities. Located in the north of the island of Nevis which lies just two miles from St Kitts in the Leeward Islands, the property sits on a half mile of white coral sand beach. Nisbet Plantation's beautifully restored Great House dates from 1778 and, with its charming cottages, is set amongst thirty acres of lush tropical greenery. 

ROOMS AND FACILITIES:

All of the air-conditioned cottages nestle discreetly in the tropical gardens and offer modern amenities.

  • Superior Rooms are housed in semi-detached cottages with spacious bedrooms and en-suite bathroom with shower and a screened patio. 
  • Deluxe Garden-suites are also housed in semi-detached cottages with a patio and have a separate living room and bathroom with bath tub.  
  • Lower Deluxe Junior Suites have a spacious bedroom and living room area, large bathroom with bath tub, bar area and a open patio facing the sea. 
  • Upper Premier Junior Suites are housed in a two-storey building and have the same facilities as other junior suites with the addition of a sea facing balcony.
