This property consists of a combined fully equipped kitchen/dining area overlooking a lovely terrace with sweeping open country views beyond, and good sized sitting room overlooking a good sized swimming pool surrounded by a spacious deck area. A hand- made traditional stone stairs leads to the first floor which comprises of three double bedrooms all with en-suite facilities, two of which have balconies overlooking the main entrance pjazzetta, while the other bedroom enjoys a terrace at the back, overlooking the spectacular valley below.  Other amenities include a spare toilet with washing machine, air-conditioning and under-floor throughout, an open fireplace, Wireless Internet, bath robes & slippers, dishwasher, a 40' LCD TV in sitting and a 32' LCD TV in main bedroom both having Cable TV service, a playstation, and a stereo system in the lounge area and a gas BBQ.  Additional facilities one can enjoy at The Hamlet Farmhouse in Gozo are a communal mini-gym and sauna.
