Soak up the coastline and culture of Italy’s most unique island, with a multi-centre holiday in Taormina and Syracuse, one of the most important cities of ancient Greece.

Stylish, elegant and sophisticated Taormina ecompasses the quintessential flavour of the bygone era of the Sicilian aristocracy.

Beautifully located on Mount Tauro with Mount Etna dominating in the background, its location is jaw-dropping stuff – a breathtaking collage of mountains, azure seas and dramatic cliffs topped by a magnificent Greco-Roman amphitheatre.

Leave Taormina for Siracusa where you will discover a city over 2700 year old, back then it was the capital one of the most powerful states in the Mediteranean and the main rival of Athens in Greece.

In the modern day, the city is listed by UNESCO, as a World Heritage Site and it is a great base for many of southern Sicily's baroque towns whether you are travelling by car or by public transport.
