Malaysian Borneo, as the title suggests is located on the island of Borneo, to the immediate east of Peninsula Malaysia. The two Malaysian states of Sarawak in the South-West and Sabah to the North-East, share the island with the independent state of Brunei and the Indonesian state of Kalimantan which occupies the largest are. Both states enjoy unrivalled access to the lush rainforest covered interior as well as coastal sites, National Parks and areas of outstanding natural beauty. Highlights include Mulu Caves, Sepilok and Mount Kinabalu as well as visits to the longhouse homes of the native trides, the Iban and Dayaks, within the heart of the Borneo jungle.
