Please Note - The Maldivian Government announced that the current GST will be revised to 6% as of 01 January 2012. This would be revised to 10% as of 01 January 2013 and will be applied accordingly to all new bookings involving stays from 01 January 2012 onwards. The new GST will  apply to all room rates, food and beverage, spa, transfer, diving, water sports, excursions and any other services provided by a resort or ocean-going vessel operating within Maldivian Waters. GST will be not be charged on service charge or bed tax.

ROOMS AND FACILITIES:

Accommodation comes in four categories. All are well appointed with flat screen TV, sound system and elegant bathroom facilities.

  • Island Villas - positioned amongst the natural vegetation, overlooking the beach. They come with a high pitch roof, large bedroom with ensuite dressing room, bathroom with central bathtub overlooking the ocean, indoor and outdoor showers, private courtyard with pool, day bed and rest area and private sundeck with lounging and dining areas.
  • Water Villas - positioned over the lagoon. They feature an outdoor deck with sizeable pool.
  • Escape Water Villas - featuring a wooden bathtub, a large indoor living area opening to a private terrace with pool. A split-level sundeck with seating provides access to the lagoon.
  • Escape Water Residences - exclusive and set away from the main island. They are spacious, luxuriously appointed with their own restaurant and 24-hour butler service.
