Kanuhura is located around 45 minutes by seaplane, due north from Malé , on the eastern fringes of the Lhaviyani Atoll. Splendid isolation is the key element here in what is one of the most exclusive, private hideaways in the Maldives. The island that houses the resort is just one kilometre long by 200 metres in width, of which less than a third has been developed. Environmental awareness runs high, evident in the unspoiled nature of the surroundings and the expansive, deep turquoise lagoon that contains them.
