The property is located on South Ari Atoll, Maldives, offering diving enthusiasts an excellent house reef complete with a dedicated sunken ship wreck, all within easy reach of the top dive spots in Ari Atoll. Please Note - The Maldivian Government announced that the current GST will be revised to 6% as of 01 January 2012. This would be revised to 10% as of 01 January 2013 and will be applied accordingly to all new bookings involving stays from 01 January 2012 onwards. The new GST will  apply to all room rates, food and beverage, spa, transfer, diving, water sports, excursions and any other services provided by a resort or ocean-going vessel operating within Maldivian Waters. GST will be not be charged on service charge or bed tax.
