Anahita consists of 70 Luxury Residences made up one-, two- and three-bedroom configuations. The residences provide views of both the lagoon or the golf course with mountain backdrop. The residences offer guest privacy, just a short stroll from the beach and resort amenities.

The three-, four- and five-bedroom Luxury Villas feature private swimming pools, contemporary fitted kitchens, large outdoor patios and gardens. They range from 331 square metres to 485 square metres. The Villas are situated on the golf course and offer either a view of the lagoon or the nearby mountains. Private villa hosts are assigned to each villa in order to make the guests stay easy and enjoyable. The large contemporary kitchen provides the flexibility to prepare a gourmet meal or alternatively dining is available in the restaurant or through the 'dial-a-chef' facility in the evening.

• Restaurant "Origine" - An "à la carte" gastronomic restaurant overlooking the ocean and Place Belgath. Offering contemporary cuisine. Lunch is provided on the wooden deck offering a variety of snacks and meals. In the evening the menu provides dinners in a chic and romantic atmosphere. A children's menu is available.

• Restaurant "Bliss" - A casual open air restaurant serving Mediterranean, fresh fish, seafood, grills and family meals. Bliss also organises live cooking and buffet options, special venues and themed dining concept. The restaurant can be used for private functions on request.

• Café "Sugar" - Serving breakfast and a selection of light meals throughout the day. Pastries, cakes and breads are available daily and can be delivered to the Residence.

• In-Villa/In-Residence dining - available on request.

• VU Bar - An open-air bar serving a variety of refreshments, pre-dinner cocktails or after-dinner drinks. Light lunches, snacks and dinner under the stars are also served.
